Service Description

Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) is a company level diversity certification based on requirements defined by the Small Business Association (SBA). The purpose of the WOSB program is to ensure that woman owned small businesses have equal opportunity to federal contracting. To qualify for the WOSB set-aside, the business has to be at least 51% owned and controlled by women who are U.S. citizens. These women also have to manage day-to-day operations as well as make long-term decisions. Like any other government contractor, you also need to be registered in the System for Award Management. Our WOSB Registration includes filing and organizing of the following documentation to the WOSB Program Repository: Submission of Identity Verification Personal Corporate Completion of Joint Venture application, if applicable Completion of Organization, Corporation or Partnership Agreement Organization includes – certification of organization, amendments and operating agreement Corporation includes – Articles, by-laws, any/all issued stock certificates (front and back copies), and any amendments; As well as an Operating agreement Partnership includes – any agreements and amendments Completed Documentation of the WOSB Certification Verification of DBA (doing business as), if applicable. WOSB Verification Filing – WOSBs Completion The WOSB/EDWOSB certification is to be updated once a year to maintain your set-aside status.
